wheeled containers beside a permanent structure or other visual barrier to keep the containers
shielded from public view when not placed curbside for collection.

That City Council approve an amendment regarding method of disposition from open bid to direct negotiation and approve the sale of a vacant single family lot in the 600 Block of West Intendencia to Escambia County for the appraised market value of $18,000 and that the Mayor be authorized to execute all necessary documents completing the sale of the property.

That City Council task the Environmental Advisory Board with looking at environmental issues the board feels should be addressed regarding the proposed Fish Hatchery on Bruce Beach, including but not limited to those enumerated in the summary of this document with a report to the City Council within 90 days of the Boards first meeting subsequent to the approval of this motion.
