That City Council amend Sec. 4-3-81 of the City Code to require the placement of city-owned
wheeled containers beside a permanent structure or other visual barrier to keep the containers
shielded from public view when not placed curbside for collection.

That City Council task the Environmental Advisory Board with looking at environmental issues the board feels should be addressed regarding the proposed Fish Hatchery on Bruce Beach, including but not limited to those enumerated in the summary of this document with a report to the City Council within 90 days of the Boards first meeting subsequent to the approval of this motion.
