Recommendation:
That City Council authorize the Mayor to execute written consent allowing Pensacola Aviation Center, LLC to sublease portions of the Leased Premises that it has as provided under the original terms and conditions of its Lease Agreement with the City of Pensacola to Swift Repairs LLC.

That City Council authorize the Mayor to execute an Operating Permit with Swift Repairs LLC for commercial aeronautical services at Pensacola International Airport.

That City Council authorize the Mayor to execute the Maintenance Agreement FPID ID #433465-3-52-01 between the City of Pensacola and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) associated with the Landscaping Project on SR 289 (9th Avenue) from SR 8 (I-10) to SR 290 (Olive Road).
