Recommendation:
That City Council approve the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Pensacola and the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) for the Government Street Regional Stormwater Pond at Conine Jones Park Project.
2. AIRPORT COMMERCE PARK - PROPERTY ACQUISITION B 2400BK - COLLEGE HEIGHTS
Recommendation:
That City Council authorize the purchase of B2400BK (Parcel ID# 14- 1S-29-2102-011-001) from
Diane Bonner Canady along with a 5% contingency for a total authorization of $24,255.00.
3. AWARD OF CONTRACT - BID #15-001 PORT OF PENSACOLA RAILROAD TRACK REPAIRS PROJECT
Recommendation:
That City Council award a contract for construction of the Port of Pensacola Railroad Track Repairs Project to Gulf Rail Construction, LLC, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the lowest and most responsible bidder with a base bid of $125,769.00, plus 15% contingency for a total amount of
$144,634.35.

Zion Historical Cemetery, Magnolia Cemetery and AME Zion Cemetery.
