That City Council authorize the purchase of X2416 (Parcel ID# 14-1S-29-2200-020-003) in the amount of $175,000.00 plus $20,000.00 for relocation/reestablishment in accordance with federal relocation guidelines plus $3,919.00 for closing/miscellaneous costs and legal fees plus a 5% contingency in the amount of $9,945.95 for the total authorization of $208,864.95.
