1. PORT OF PENSACOLA TARIFF REVISIONS
Recommendation:
That City Council approve and authorize the Mayor to implement the proposed revisions to Port of Pensacola Terminal Tariff 5 A to become effective immediately upon Council approval.

2. AIRPORT - UNDERGROUND DISTRIBUTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH GULF POWER COMPANY
Recommendation:
That City Council authorize the Mayor to execute the Underground Distribution Easement Agreement with Gulf Power Company for an underground power feed to serve the Runway End Identifier Lights (REILs) and Precision Approach Path Indicator for runway 26 at the Pensacola International Airport.

3. MAYORAL APPOINTMENT - DOWNTOWN IMPROVEMENT BOARD
Recommendation:
That City Council confirm the Mayoral reappointment of Jim Homyak and Teri Levin to the Downtown Improvement Board (DIB) for a term of three years expiring June 30, 2017

4. SUBLEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PENSACOLA AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, INC. AND VISIT PENSACOLA, INC.
Recommendation:
That City Council consent to the Sublease Agreement between the Pensacola Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc. and Visit Pensacola, Inc. for the Visitor Information Center located at Wayside Park

Recommendation:
That City Council conduct a public hearing to consider the assignment of a City Future Land Use and Zoning designation for the recently annexed parcel located at the intersection of Airport Boulevard and Davis Highway.

That City Council conduct a public hearing to consider the vacation of a portion of right of way on the interior of a recently annexed parcel located at the intersection of Airport Boulevard and Davis Highway into the city limits of Pensacola.

ACCEPTANCE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION EMERGENCY LOCAL GOVERNMENT RELIEF REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT GRANT
Recommendation:
That City Council authorize the Mayor to accept and execute the Florida Department of Transportation Emergency Relief Reimbursement Award of $264,000.00. Further, that City Council adopt the attached supplemental budget resolution to appropriate the grant funds.

AWARD OF CONTRACT - BID # 14-020 - FY 2014 STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT Recommendation:
That City Council award a contract for FY 2014 Street Rehabilitation Project to Midsouth Paving, Inc., Pensacola, Florida, the lowest and most responsible bidder with a base bid of $1,689,867.50. Further, that the Local Option Sales Tax Sidewalk Improvement funds programmed for FY 2016 be reallocated to the Pavement Management Program in the amount of $175,000 in FY 14 and FY 15. Also that City Council approve the supplemental budget resolution to provide additional funding for this project.

EDUCATION SYMPOSIUM ON STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLANS

Recommendation:
That the City Council recommend to the Mayor to set a date on or about July 16, 2014 for an educational symposium on the City and County stormwater master plans. The City shall review the results of the city's post storm event engineering reports, invite the County to join us to review their findings, and set the next steps for improvements in our stormwater system.

AMENDING SECTION 3-3-2 OF THE CITY CODE - REGULATION CONTRACTING AND PURCHASE OF LEGAL SERVICES
Recommendation:
That City Council approve amending Section 3-3-2 of the City Code of Ordinances to add
provisions to regulate the contracting and purchase of legal services.

Recommendation:
That City Council approve amending Section 3-1-8 of the City Code of Ordinances to add provisions for payment and reporting of outside legal services.
